Healthy Lunches at Our School

At our school, we are committed to supporting children to develop healthy habits that last a lifetime. A balanced, nutritious lunch plays a vital role in helping children stay focused, energised, and ready to learn throughout the day.

We encourage all packed lunches to include a variety of healthy foods such as:

  • Fresh fruit and vegetables 
  • Wholegrain options like bread, wraps, or pasta
  • Protein such as lean meats, eggs, cheese, or plant-based alternatives
  • Dairy items like yoghurt or cheese

We kindly ask that lunches avoid high-sugar and high-fat items such as sweets, chocolate bars, and fizzy drinks. Water or healthy drinks are always the best choice to keep children hydrated.

Our school dinners also provide a nutritious, balanced menu each day, carefully planned to meet national food standards while offering a range of tasty options for all pupils.

By working together, we can help children make positive food choices and understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Booking your child’s meal couldn’t be easier; Everything is done through the Arbor. Please see the guide below for help.

The current price is £2.70 per day.

It is not necessary for you to tell us if your child is bringing a packed lunch from home, and it does not need logging on the school system. If you haven't booked a meal, we will assume this is the case.
